He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Lee Culp and Gertha Rose Culp (Ritchie); and his sisters, Anna Lee Dayvault (Culp) and Mary Edith Jarvis (Culp). He is survived by: his children, Kathy Bolzan (Paul), James Luther Culp (Corie), Elbert Lee Culp (Toinette) and John Edward Culp (Ella); and his grandchildren, Trent Hamilton Culp (Jill), Colin Ritchie Culp, James Andrew Culp (Aimee), John Allen Culp (Jana), Caden Lee Culp, Lisa Furr (Greg) and Ella Rose Culp. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, the Salvation Army or Miracle Hill Ministries.
