With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Efrossini Mentzelopoulos (Greenville, South Carolina), who passed away on April 30, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Leonides Mentzelopoulos; her daughters, Anastasia Mentzelopoulos and Alexandra Popov; her son-in-law Ivan Popov; her granddaughter Francine Popov (Efrosene); her sister-in-law Panagiota Papleacos; her nephew Michael Balducci; and her niece Stacey Anamisi (Tony Anamisi). She is also survived by three children; and many family and friends.

In lieu of flowers a remembrance may be made to St George Greek Orthodox Church, 406 N Academy St, Greenville, SC 29601.
