He was predeceased by: his parents, Josef Schweitzer and Anna Schweitzer. He is survived by: his children, Richard Schweitzer (Linda) and Linda Solomon (Steve); his grandchildren, Jason Schweitzer (Meredith), Lauren Ortiz (Jose), Melissa Casano and Alison Casano; and his great grandchildren, Megan Schweitzer, Sarah Schweitzer, Haley Schweitzer, Mia Ortiz and Luca Ortiz.
