He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Christine Aiken Garrett; his parents, George Garrett and Bessie Rice Garrett; his children, Gloria Jean Garrett-Hudson of Charlotte, NC, Linda Elaine Garrett of Greenville, SC, Morris Leon Garrett of Greenville, SC and Reginald "Reggie" Garrett of Columbia, SC; and his sisters, Mildred Greaux of Spring Valley, NY and Darlene Brooks of Ohio. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
