He was predeceased by: his father Douglas Mills; his brother Chris Peek; and his stepfather Jerry Riggins. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Mills; his mother Mandy Riggins; his daughters, Gabbi Mills, Raegan Mills and Rylee Mills; his siblings, Allison Foy (Tommy), Mitzi Forrester (Glenn), Butch Riggins and Jeremy Peek; his parents-in-law, Steve and Jan McAtee; his brothers-in-law, Kevin McAtee (Stacy) and Travis McAtee (Crystal); and his stepmother Robin Moser. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
