She was predeceased by: her parents, Walton Green and Maurice Jones Green; her grandson Timothy Joseph Gresham; and her grandmother Ethel Smith Jones. She is survived by: her husband Joe Douglas Bramlett; her daughters, Kathy B. Langley (Barry) and Deborah B. Gresham (Tim); her granddaughters, Angela Johnson (Michael) and Mikki Draz (Haider); her great grandchildren, Brett Knight, Jr., Leighton Draz and CeCe Draz; and her friend June Freeland Smith.
Doris was also involved with Senior Action of Greenville's Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) where she served as President and was named RSVP "Volunteer of the Year" in 2008.
