He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bessie "Sissy" Susan Scott Copeland; his parents, Richard C. Copeland, Sr. and Blannie Reece Byrum Copeland; his children, Faith Anne Copeland of Greenwood, Timothy Carroll Copeland (Lori) of Greenwood, Sarah Richey of Greenwood and Wayne Jackson (Magan) of Greenwood; his stepbrother Jimmy M. Baker (Lisa) of Edenton, NC; his grandchildren, Carolanne Richey, Mason Jackson, Wyatt Jackson, Caroline Harke (Spencer) and Parker E. Copeland (Emily); and his great grandchildren, Connor and Austin Harke.
