He was predeceased by: his parents, Wheeler William Brown and Geneva Pressley Brown; and his brother Larry Brown. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Brown; his sons, David Lanier (Candace), Daniel Brown Sr. (Melissa) and Darren Brown; his grandchildren, Austin Lanier (Courtney), Alexis Lanier, Ashton Lanier, Daniel Brown Jr., Thomas Brown, Michael Brown, Karson Mannhein and Kaleb Johnson; and his siblings, Billy Brown, Beverly Trammell and Brenda Ducker.
