She was predeceased by: her father Jack C. Long, Sr.; and her grandparents, Luther, Willie Long and Patti Wall. She is survived by: her husband Paul Porter; her mother Juanita Bouchillon; her children, Jacquelyn "Missy" Jones, Paula Wilson and Joshua Porter; her granddaughter Sophia Bayne; her great grandchild Moria Jo; and her siblings, Kay Heckmann (Gus), Shirley Jones (Kent), Jack C. Long, Jr. and John Stanley Long (Vee). She is also survived by in-laws; aunts, many nieces, nephews, and cousins; as well as many dear friends.
