She was predeceased by: her husband Chuck Churillo; her parents, Frank Grotta and Jennie Grotta; and her siblings, Charlie Grotta, Jimmy Grotta, Tina Scavone, Josie Lombardo and Rosie Amuso.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Churillo (Angela), Frank Churillo (Thessa), Charlie Churillo (Mary) and Lynne Churillo (Dana); her grandchildren, Michael Churillo (Lydia), Kristina Churillo, Jennifer Beck (Jimmy) and Maggie Fogas; and her friend Lucy Zummo.
In honor of Connie's memory, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
