She is survived by: her parents, Arthur Costan and Elizabeth Costan; her siblings, Maria, Gregory and Dimi; her significant other Bev Catlin; her brother-in-law Gus Kopelousos; her niece Elizabeth Slossberg; her husband Jeff Posey; her niece Stephanie Kopelousos; and her great-nephews, Sydney, Nicholas and Benjamin Slossberg.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Connie's memory to St. Andrews Episcopal Church.
