She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cecil Pulliam and Mamie Estelle Pulliam; her son David Lewis Helmantoler, Jr.; and her sister Geraldine Lawhon. She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Helmantoler; her niece Leisa Ondrejik (Joe); her nephew Kyle Pulliam (Debbie); and her brother Lee Pulliam. She is also survived by three grand-nephews; a grand-niece.
