He is survived by: his wife Judith Redfern Maxfield; his children, David Maxfield, Peter Maxfield (Courtney), Karen Kenney (Kevin) and Nancy Fell (William); his stepchildren, Drew Shattuck (Lisa), Scott Shattuck (Sara) and Jane Shattuck; and his grandchildren, John, Sarah Kenney, Matthew, Kyle, Jacob Andrews, Olivia Mullins, Cameron and Keira Maxfield. He is also survived by six step grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
