He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Foster and Doris Foster (Eschenbach); and his siblings, Rick Foster, Linda Mellors, Thomas Foster and Gail Maynard.

He is survived by: his wife Lucila Foster; his daughter Amy Odebralski; his grandchildren, Ashley and Zachary; his great grandchildren, Zayden and Lilah; his siblings, David Foster (Rose) and Kathryn Foster; and his brothers-in-law, Norberto, Alejandro and Jaime Ayala. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
