He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Catoe and Susie Catoe; his daughter Jody Foley; and his siblings, Vernon Catoe, Frank Catoe and Dorothy Farr.
He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Catoe; his sons, Joel F. Catoe (Laura) and Jason T. Catoe (Melanie); his grandchildren, Kaleigh Barton, Brianna McCarter, Tyler J. Catoe, Ryan J. Catoe, Hudson C. Catoe, Felicia Foley and RJ Foley; his great grandchildren, Emory McCarter and Emma Jayce Barton; and his siblings, Sybil Roberts and John Catoe.
