He is survived by: his children, Cecil Kenneth Starnes Jr., Billy Jay Hughes, Jeremy Vance Hughes, Curtis Anthony Starnes and Angela Michele Starnes; his grandchildren, Aron Travis Hughes (Carley), Casey Starnes, Tyler Starnes, Shane Shockley, Harley Hughes, Haley Hughes, Madison Charping, Curtis Anthony Starnes Jr., Grayson Lane Starnes, Cheyenne Hope Eye and Skyler Wise; his nieces and nephews, Betty Jean Pearson, Billy Joe Pearson, Alvin Pearson, Jamie Starnes, Denah Starnes, Thomas Smith, Lena Stevenson, Gina McManus and Terrie Allen; his cousins, Kathy Barnett Simmons, Sandra Paso and David Barnett; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Krohl (Mark) and Sandra Jones. He is also survived by many other extended family members, including nieces, nephews, and friends.
A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (765 E Main St, Laurens, SC 29360).
