He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Barton and Geneva Barton; his daughter Sylvia Barton; his siblings, Morris Barton and Mildred Barton; his nephew Johnny Barton; and his grandson Douglas Stokes.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia D. Barton; his sons, David of Six Mile, Kenneth of Six Mile and Bradley Barton of Six Mile; his stepson Zach Black of Florida; his daughters, Angie Greenwood (Greg), Tamie Stokes, Cynthia Green (Josh) and Ashely Bruce; his stepdaughters, Mandy Miller of Florida and Roxana Lewis of South Carolina; his siblings, Rickey Barton (Elaine) and Joyce Andrews (Carl); and his close friend Bobby Garrett. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
