She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Jr. Stover and Dellie Sue Payne Stover; and her siblings, Sandra Stover, Tommy Stover and Boyce Stover.

She is survived by: her husband Noah Owens; her children, Angela Stapleton (Jay), John Paul Owens and Kevin Shane Owens; her siblings, David Stover, Brenda Miller and Debra Wright; and her grandchildren, Cruze, Austin, Kaylie and Brittany. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
