She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Quarles and Pauline Moore Quarles; and her siblings, Jeannette Crow and Freddie Quarles. She is survived by: her husband Fred Hendrix; her son Fred Tyrone Hendrix; and her brother Gary Quarles.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Free Will Baptist Church, 242 Old Grove Rd., Greenville, SC 29605.
