He was predeceased by: his sister Felicia Jackson; and his stepfather Paul Lawter. He is survived by: his parents, Silas N. Blackstock (Lois) and Betty R. Lawter; his wife Teresa C. Blackstock; and his siblings, Donna Alexander (Frank), Cheryl Finley (Ken), David Blackstock, Mary Gramling (Robert) and Renee Wallace (Tommy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
