She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Hoffman; her parents, Johnny Swanger and Bernita Simmons Walsh; her brothers, Jerry Swanger and Ricky White; and her granddaughter Melissa Greer.
She is survived by: her close friend Terry Perkins; her daughters, Angela Stein, Cheryl Greer (Gary) and Tonja Burnette (David Brown); her stepsons, Kenneth Hoffman and David Hoffman; her siblings, Johnny Swanger (Diane) and Debbie Slaughter (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Heather Ballew, Kristy Davis (Steven), Joshua Hooper, Rosemary Cline (Bryan) and Tabitha Stanton. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
