She was predeceased by: her parents, James Womack and Emma Lee Womack. She is survived by: her husband William Rowland, Jr.; and her children, William "Billy" Woodrow Rowland III (Rhonda) and Anastacia "Staci" Rowland Durst (Larry). She is also survived by three brothers; and a sister.
