She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gordon Brown and Lucy Cooper Brown; her husband William Adger "Booty" Bishop, Jr.; her siblings, Gladys Jones (Bolt), Betty DeMarco (Tony), Ann Bjornson (Bill), Billy Brown and Jack Brown; and her siblings-in-law, Jim, Needa King, Frances Bishop and Roger Bishop.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie; her son-in-law Robert Hyatt of Waynesville, NC; her son William Adger "Bill" Bishop III; her daughter-in-law Beth Woods Bishop of Greenville, SC; her sister Katie Swett (Fred) of Alabama; and her siblings-in-law, Mahon Bishop and LaRue Bishop. She is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
