He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Lewis and Bertha Mae Suber Sims; his close friend Jesie Lyles; his children, Cleo Cunningham of Greenville, SC, Shamika Sims of Greenville, SC, Alexis Trout of Iowa and Jeremah Sims of Greenville, SC; and his siblings, Francis Sims of Greenville, SC, Willie Ruth Brown (Willie) of Simpsonville, SC and Henry Lewis Sims of Mauldin, SC. He was also cherished by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
