She was predeceased by: her husband William Earl Lazar; her parents, Aaron Eugene and Martha Lee Henry Campbell; and her former husband Gene Cale. She is survived by: her children, Jacque Gaul (Tommy), Steve Cale (Connie), Lisa Colburn, Mike Lazar and Robin Lazar Doss (Roy); and her siblings, Johnny Campbell and Patricia Davis. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
