He is survived by: his wife Ann Shetley Franks of Keowee Key; his son-in-law Joleen (Danny Taylor); his stepchildren, Bridget Preston (Scott Preston) and Rick Ellison (Kelly Ellison); his grandchildren, Garrett Taylor, Brittney Preston and Sean Preston; and his great grandchild Jaidyn Taylor-Johnson.
