She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Perry; her parents, Walter Earl and Jeanette Smith Day; and her sisters, Cyndi Threatt and Marty Gilliam.
She is survived by: her sons, Andy Stephens (Paige) of Greenville, SC and Tim Perry (Ariel) of Catawissa, PA; and her grandchildren, Lily Perry and Weston Stephens.
Flowers may be delivered on Wednesday, July 19th to the church at 11:00 AM, or in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Westside Crisis Center.
