It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beatrice Thomas Dorr in Greenville, South Carolina, born in Franklin, North Carolina, who passed away on July 5, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd William and Lois Ledford Thomas; and her siblings, Margie McWhite, Jeanette Moody, Agnes McMath, Geneva Nations, Joan Lamb and Clyde Thomas.
She is survived by: her husband Allen; her children, Barry (Denise) and Gwendolyn Dorr Worthington (Anthony); her grandchildren, Kelli Dorr Williams, Brent Dorr (Heather), Blair Worthington Elliott (Myles) and Brooke Worthington McClaran (Grant); her great grandchildren, Luke, Zachary, Jacob, Violet and Elizabeth Blake; and her extended family, David, Gloria and Bryan Worthington.
