She was predeceased by: her husband George Stack, Jr.; her parents, William Hooper and Alma Ross Hooper; her granddaughter Ashley Lamb; and her brother William Hooper.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Yown, George O. Stack, III, Christy McPeak and Amanda Childress; and her granddaughters, Alison Stack and Haley McPeak. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
