She is survived by: her children, Victor Hubert Shelley, Jr. (Kerry) of Richmond, VA, Frances Shelley Jernigan of Green Sea, SC and Kathy Shelley Heustess (Billy) of Florence, SC; her grandchildren, Kevin Jernigan (Donna), Wesley Jernigan (Dannie), Matt Heustess (Kristi), Grant Heustess (Mallory) and Drew Purcell; and her great grandchildren, Karmen, Kamdyn, Brody and Jackson.
