He is survived by: his wife Frances Shelley Jernigan; his sons, Kevin Jernigan (Donna) of Loris, SC and Wesley Jernigan (Dannie) of Tabor City, NC; his siblings, Robert Jernigan of Conway, SC, Tony Jernigan (Terri) of Issue, MD, Sara J. Ward (Elroy) of Green Sea, SC and Hilda J. Ward (Lonnie) of Tabor City, NC; and his grandchildren, Karmen, Kamdyn and Brody.
