He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Fowler Phillips; his children, Bryant Phillips of Green Sea, SC and Amanda Kay Boyd (Timmy) of Loris, SC; his siblings, Samuel Phillips of Green Sea, SC and Bernice Johnson of Mullins, SC; his grandchildren, Hope Phillips, Brandon Boyd, Colton Boyd, Meredith Boyd and Michaela Boyd; and his great grandchild Braelyn Boyd.
