She is survived by: her husband Jerry Arnette of Green Sea, SC; her daughters, Lori Clark of Abbottstown, PA and Debbie Bosley (Larry) of Hampstead, MD; her brothers, Frank Higgins of Manchester, MD and Donald Higgins of Green Mountain, NC.; her former husband Joseph Price of Manchester, MD.; and her siblings, R. C., Burnard, Paul, Larry Higgins, Ailene Robinson, Delores Wagner, Catherine Yingling and Hilda Robinson. She is also survived by grandchildren and greatgrandchildren, as well as many adoring nieces and nephews.
In lieu of traditional remembrances, contributions to the Wounded Warriors Project would be greatly appreciated, honoring Millie's generous spirit.
