He is survived by: his wife Rosa Mae Mikel; and his children, William Harold Mikel, Dr. Aletha Whitlock (Raymond) of Lugoff, Sarah Murray of Walterboro, Sacaqawea Williams of Beaufort and Evelyn Gadson (Frank) of Sylvania, Georgia. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
