She was predeceased by: her parents, Olin V. Moss and Jettie R. Moss; her husband James Harvey Osborne; her siblings, Charles Moss Sr. and Joyce Moss Wilson; and her son-in-law Ronald Pettit.

She is survived by: her children, Stanley Eugene Osborne (Beverly) of Rock Hill, SC, Stephen Douglas Osborne (Kathy) of Catawba, SC and Phoebe Pettit of Fort Lawn, SC; her grandchildren, Tanya Pettit, Dawn Pettit, Melissa Belk, Stephen Osborne and Tyler Osborne; her great grandchildren, Ashland, Preston, Cameron, Sydney, Marley, Kinsley, Kaden, Ellie, River, Endy and Emerie; her great great grandchildren, Heaven and Cyrus; and her close friends, Joyce Williams and Teresa Lucas.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the First Baptist Church (407 Dearborn St, Great Falls, SC 29055). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at the Greenlawn Cemetery.
