It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathie Ann Wright Baker of Great Falls, South Carolina, born in Lancaster, South Carolina, who passed away on November 2, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ellie Wright and Elsie Mae Hammond Wright; her husband Jimmy Neely Baker; her grandsons, Matthew Autry and Brad Autry; her daughter-in-law Kesha Carter; and her sister Barbara Wright Blakeley.
She is survived by: her children, Betsy Coan (Fred) of Clover, Suzanne Baker (Tracy) of Heath Springs, Melanie Childers (Michael) of Winnsboro and Roy S. Carter of Fort Lawn. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
