He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie R. Williams and Myrtle Graham Williams; and his sister Nell Mendenhall. He is survived by: his niece Lisa Loflin (Larry) of Great Falls; and his nephew Jeff Mendenhall (Beth) of Lake Wateree.
