He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Liptak and Virginia Barisone Liptak; and his brother John Liptak. He is survived by: his wife Amy Liptak; his children, Kristan Swygart (Jamie), Megan Ruark (Darren), Holden Ward and Kathryn Ward; his granddaughters, Ally McKeown, Laken Swygart and Brantlee Swygart; and his siblings, Michael Liptak and Christine Knepshield (Bill).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church (6924 Wateree Rd, Great Falls, SC 29055). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
