It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Cooper Riddle of Gray Court, South Carolina, born in Laurens, South Carolina, who passed away on August 17, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Cooper and Nellie Cooper; her daughter Emily Abercrombie; and her grandson Marty Lawrence. She is survived by: her children, Linda Smallwood (Oneal) of Fountain Inn, Paula Shealy of Laurens, Anne Lawrence (Walter) of Gray Court, Wayne Riddle (Sherry) of Gray Court and Nancy McCall (Marty) of Ninety Six; and her son-in-law Lewis Abercrombie of Laurens. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
