It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven E. Worthy of Gray Court, South Carolina, born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on November 10, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence M. Worthy and Sarah Brown Worthy; and his brother Keith M. Worthy. He is survived by: his wife Debra Holloway Worthy; his son Jason (Leah) of Powdersville; his grandchildren, Dean and Laile Worthy; and his niece Kim Worthy Hakes (Vern).

Due to a positive COVID-19 test today in the Worthy family, the funeral service planned for Saturday has been cancelled.

The family requests that memorials be made to: Temple Baptist Church, 213 W Curtis Street, Simpsonville, SC 29681.
