He was predeceased by: his wife Debbie Rowland; and his parents, Bobby Rowland and Margaret Rowland. He is survived by: his children, Michael Rowland (Ashley), Brandi Morgan (Shane) and Hope Williams (Mark); and his sister Elizabeth Rowland. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
