He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Head and Shelby Davis Hagen; and his sister Donna Bonner. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Head (Susie) and Tina Clark (Jeff); his nieces, Brittany and Ashley; and his nephew Shawn.
