He is survived by: his son Bobby Costlow; his grandson Jackson Costlow; his siblings, Pam Ahlborn, Mary Ann Kilpatrick, John Costlow and Bonnie MacEwan; his nieces, Jessica, Angie, Shelly, Nichole, Missy and Bella; his nephew Kelly; and his close friends, Craig Cantrell, Jimmy Long, David Clark and Tony Nordquist.
