He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Radden Phillips. He is survived by: his father Ralph Kenneth Phillips; his children, Kristy Thomson and Justin Whitmire; and his siblings, Diane Gilbert and Ralph Phillips. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
