He is survived by: his sons, Matt Adams, Jr. (Rachel), Jae Adams and Josh Adams (Morgan); his brother Mike Adams (Janet); and his grandchildren, Jaden, Weston, Kyler, Brennan, Colten, Luka, Isabella and Violet.
