She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Gambrell and Inez Long Gambrell; her daughter Darlene Rebecca Poole; and her siblings, James Austin Gambrell and Martha Ann Gambrell King.

She is survived by: her sons, James Poole (Linda) of Gray Court and David Poole (Stephanie) of Greer; her sisters, Dorothy G. Quinn of Union and Sybil G. Clem of Hartwell, GA; her grandchildren, Jimmy Poole (Jessica), Brooke Long (Jordan), Hayden Poole, Emma Poole and Hannah Poole; her great grandchildren, Andrew, Parker, Grace, Laci, Harper, Preston, Sadie, Archie and Judson; and her granddaughter Ashely.
