He is survived by: his wife Annie Ruth Jones Eichelberger; and his children, Homer Eichelberger of Westland, Michigan, Geneva Eichelberger of Westland, Barbara Phillips of Inkster, Yvonne Eichelberger of Laurens and Latricia Washington of Blythewood. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
