She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor Kirk and Mattie Neely Kirk; her siblings, Margaret Davis, Hattie Kirk Mullins, Mattie Kirk Upton, Leroy Kirk and Ozell Kirk; her husband Edward Jackson; and her son Calvin Jackson.
She is survived by: her sister Ella B. Kirk Tompkins.
