He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Proctor and Gladys Anderson Nichols; his son Terry Proctor; his brothers, Jackie Proctor, Jerry Proctor and Phillip Proctor; and his grandson Jerred Franklin Thomas Proctor.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Proctor (Gwen) of Tim Proctor, Jackie Bloodworth (Maurice) and Dawn Jackson (Doug); and his sisters, Sylvia Raborn (Jerry) and Phyllis Halter (Tom). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
