She was predeceased by: her husband Jackson E. Duncan Sr.; her parents, Ray Clark and Mae Clark; and her siblings, William Clark and Jean Clark Boyd.
She is survived by: her children, Jackson E. Duncan Jr. (Ola Mae), Richard William Duncan (Donna), Tommy Duncan (Trudy) and Julie Barton (Russell); and her siblings, John S. Clark Sr. and Rachel C. Chavis. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Highland Pines Baptist Church, 1530 Hampton Ave NW, Aiken, SC 29801, in memory of Mrs. Thelma.
